During this meeting, we will evaluate your space, listen to your ideas, and provide feedback. The project manager will help you further refine your vision, define the scope of work, and delineate your budget. Together, we review the final design and scope of work and sign a contract detailing the remodeling process, schedule, and fee payment arrangement.
